I was working on my review for Speed Stack the other day when I got word of 2 new flavors. Of course I had to wait and try these for a more complete review. The good news is this really gave me a good chance to review these drinks with a lot of experience. There are 6 flavors and I drank one of each over a couple of weeks
Packaging: Finally got my hands on the new bottles and they rock. These look so much more professional. It’s an 18 oz silver plastic bottle with a twist off lid. The label is very clean just overall pleasing to the eye. The ABB logo at the top is really nice. Great job A-
Slogan: “Intense Energy” is on the label and that is all I found. Not much of a slogan but it will do. Grade C
Taste:
Kick/Ingredients: So since I am hitting the gym now days I really could try this out properly. You are supposed to drink this 20 minutes before the gym so I usually had one on my drive from work to the gym. By the time I hit the gym I was seriously ready to get busy. I’m talking major energy. I hit the treadmill first to warm up and I ran hard. I felt I really had the extra energy to go at a higher speed than normal and just felt real good while working up a serious sweat. Next I hit the weights where I think this drink helped me do my sets with lest rest between and the intense energy really had me pushing my limits. Even after a 12 hr work day I felt I had a ton of energy and was motivated to either increase my reps or weight. Sometimes I even increased both! I got a good solid 4 hours of intense energy from this drink. I also tried it just around the house but it was a little over the top unless you got a lot of work to do. Ingredients include 250 mg caffeine, Taurine, Ginseng, Guarana, Dmae, Citrulline Malate, Tyrosine, Evodiamine, Citrus Aurantium, Yerba Mate, Cocoa extract , Acai berry extract, White tea extract, green coffee bean extract, Grape seed extract, and Vinpocetine. You get all that with 5 calories, 1 gram of carbs, and no sugar. Grade A for kick/ingredients. Man that is a lot of stuff!
Web Presence: The site at americanbodybuilding.com is pretty sharp. It provides plenty of product info and event info. It looks like some parts are being revamped and hopefully we some multimedia type stuff added soon. They also have a facebook and a Twitter but they don’t link to them from their website? Grade C+
Recap:
Ok so this stuff is intense. There is only 250 mg of caffeine but all those other energy ingredients really kick it up to a crazy level. This is really going to be one of my go to drink for the gym. There is a flavor for everyone(Peach mango is mine). I suggest if you want crazy intense energy you give this stuff a try. Really I mean it. Try this stuff(unless you are a wuss) and get back to me and let me know what you think. Heck even if you are a wuss try half a bottle.
