How your heart beats, when you run for cover
ABB Diet Turbo

ABB makes a lot of great energy and workout products. Usually they have an abundance of carefully thought and sometimes exotic ingredients. This might scare off the casual consumer of energy drinks sometimes. Now they have come out with some new flavors of their much simpler product Diet Turbo. Lets check these new flavors out.
Packaging: While they keep the contoured easy to grip silver plastic bottle they have really upped the ante by changing to a really sharp label. It is glossy and bold and really shows more sophistication than previous AAB labels. It still maintains it’s aggressiveness. I love the way this bottle looks and feels in your hand. Even when sweating it is easy to hold onto. Grade A
Slogan: “Anytime Energy” is on the bottle and I think it really fits this product well since it is aimed for more casual use. Grade B
Taste:
Kick/Ingredients: Ok so I tried this a lot of times under different circumstances. Before my run of the day I drank half and then carried the rest with me. It gave me energy and kept me good and hydrated. My run went well and afterward I still had some energy. On a hot day it got me motivated to do the yard work. It is still very hot and humid here and it kept me going for a good two hours. The morning after a good time it was much better than a cup of coffee and got me rehydrated and woke me up. So 2 hours of energy with no crash. For energy per bottle you get 90 mg caffeine, Ginseng, Guarana, and green tea extract. Then you get electrolytes with phosphorus, sodium, and potassium. That all comes with 5 calories, 1 gram of carbs, and no sugar. It is sweetened with sucralose and Ace K. Grade C for kick/ingredients
Web Presence: The site at abbperformance.com is as always a very nice site. In fact it has improved since I last saw it. I really like the navigation and the overall look is really sharp. The images are sharp and well laid out and there is plenty of product info as well as a store. Worth checking out for sure. They also have a Facebook and a Twitter. Grade B
Recap:
Ok so finally here is a product for a more casual use. Running, bike riding, aerobics, kick boxing, or any cardio type exercise could all benefit from Diet Turbo. Heck working around the house or any outdoor type of job are also good uses for this drink. No it is not crazy energy but there are other ABB drinks that cover that. I love the fact that this drink tackles a different market. There are many times I need energy and electrolytes with out overdoing it. This drink allows me to get energized and alert and yet won’t keep me up for hours when I get done with my run or work. Seems to me that no matter what you do ABB has a product for you now.
