What's the buzz? Tell me what's happening
Buzz Bites Mint Chocolate chews

So Buzz bites are the original when it comes to energy chews. Others have come around and tried chews but Buzz Bites has been doing it longer. The question is are they doing it better. Let’s see.
Packaging: Ok so you have more than one choice. The really cool tin with the flip top lid that holds 6 pieces or the 2 piece box. It is hard to go wrong either way. Of course the tin is cooler and fits nicely in your purse or briefcase while protecting the chews. It is also useful later as a pill box or ?? The graphics are well done and make the bites look inviting. The caffeine content is clearly listed on the box as well as the tin. Grade B
Slogan: “Seriously Caffeinated” is on the packaging and really how can you go wrong with that as your slogan. Grade B
Taste: Mint and chocolate is a good combo and Buzz Bites does it well. Each piece is at first a fudgy chocolate flavor followed quickly by a mild mint. The mint compliments the chocolate instead of overpowering it. There is no really bitterness at the finish either. There are not overly sweet so you won’t have to reach for some water like with so other chews. The only problem I see is that it is hard to eat only 1 or 2! Really these taste very good. Grade A-
Kick/Ingredients: This is not rocket science here. Each of these chews has 100 mg of caffeine. I tried one chew and it was average delivering a buzz similar to an 8.4 oz red Bull. Mild buzz and alertness with no jitters. Great at work or school. Then I tried 2 at a time and found it to be just right. I had a good deal on energy. I was feeling energized and happy. I was talkative and productive. The level of this buzz is easily on par with a good 16 oz energy drink minus all the liquid and sugar jitters. 2 of these on the way to the gym or while at work really got me going and kept my energy level high for a good 3 to 4 hours with no crash. In addition to 100 mg of caffeine per piece there is also Ginseng, Taurine, and some B vitamins. You get this with 25 calories, 4 grams of carbs, and 3 grams of sugar. They are sweetened with sweetened condensed milk, sucralose and Ace K. Grade B for kick/ingredients
Web Presence: The site at vroomfoods.com is very good. It has tons of cool info on their products as well as a store. It is easy to use and find what you want. Straight forward and useful. Grade B-
Recap:
So here we have a really tasty treat with a good dose of caffeine and energy. They are portable, come in a cool tin, and are a great value. I think those are some pretty compelling reasons to give these a try. Just remember to not get carried away and eat an entire tin of these things! It won’t be easy but for god sakes show some restraint!
