You know surprisingly there are several cock themed energy drinks out there. I have to say it was something I expected. I mean really who would have thought that cocks would be synonymous with energy. I think the real question here is who’s cock is the most exciting and delivers the most pleasure err I mean energy.
Packaging: So I like the 16 oz black can with the silhouette in red of a fighting cock. I like the font of the name and the red, black, white combo works well. I’ll give it a grade of B
Slogan: “Ruffle some feathers” is one I found out about that was not in the first run of cans and I like it a lot. It is fun and fits well with the drink. Grade B
Taste: I had no idea what to expect. I popped the top and got the typical energy drink scent. Pouring some in a cup it comes out a Carmel color with a medium carbonation. I take a sip and it is your classic energy drink aka RB clone. It is but then it seems to have a dryer finish which means no gumminess. It also has a tad hint of vanilla in there. It is one of the better classic energy drink interpretations I have tried recently. It avoided a lot of the pitfalls of the RB clone while delivering well on the positives. It also make a great mixer. Grade B-
Kick/ingredients. Ok so I drank this one early in the day when I was really dragging. It took about 15 minutes to hit but when it did it was pretty good. I got a good dose of somewhat jittery energy. My day was dragging ass but now it had me strutting like the cock of the walk. The buzz was what you expect from your typical 16 oz Monster or Rockstar. It lasted about 4 hours with a small crash at the end. It might not have been special but it was on par with the big boys. Ingredients include caffeine, Taurine, Inositol, and Glucuronolactone. It is sweetened with cane sugar. There are 200 calories and 50 grams of carbs and sugar. Grade C+
Web presence: The site at fightingcockenergy.com is surprisingly good and robust (Hey I said robust while talking about cock!). Really though they have a location section, music, photos, and more. I would like to see some ingredient info though. They also have a Facebook and a Twitter. Grade B for web presence

Ok so I was surprised at how much I loved this cock! Really though this is a quality classic energy drink. It comes in a cool can, has a great non gummy taste, and delivers the buzz you expect. Of course there is the fun factor with the whole cock thing. Really though I think you need to check this out if you get a chance. If these guys get the right distribution they could go big.
