ABB Speed Stack Pumped N.O.
One thing I love is getting things in the mail. Really it is kind of an obsession. One thing I love even more is getting unexpected packages in the mail. Bam right on my doorstep is a mysterious box. Turns out it is new drinks from ABB.
Packaging: I got an early release of this in the original bottle. ABB has redesigned their wrapper on the bottles and it looks super sharp. For that reason I will be reviewing the new design here and using their supplied photo. All I can say is it is a huge improvement. The sleeker look, better fonts and wicked new eagle logo are great. The whole thing has a more mainstream appeal to it. Same 22 oz plastic bottle with a cool new wrapper. Grade A-
Slogan: “Seam Splitting Energy” is on their website and I really like it. This drink is about getting that “Pump” so this is a good slogan. The of course the brand slogan is “The force in the Gym” so you have that as well. Grade C+
Taste:
Kick/Ingredients: Ok so its 22 oz and I drank it over an hour or so. I drank a bunch right off to get going and it hit me hard. I got a really massive buzz going and it was a bit jittery. I was doing some serious yard work and I kept going for hours like a madman as I sipped on this drink to keep the energy going. I’d say I got a solid 5 hours total energy out of this drink and it stayed strong and intense as I kept sipping it. I can’t say about the pump much since I was only lifting debris and limbs and such but my muscles seemed less tired and less sore than I expected. This drink really delivers the buzz though for sure. Energy ingredients per bottle include 300 mg caffeine, 1000 mg Taurine, 50 mg Guarana, and 3 grams of L-Arginine. You get this with 30 calories and 8 grams of carbs. It is sweetened with sucralose and ace K. Potent stuff. Grade A- for kick/ingredients
Web Presence: The site at americanbodybuilding.com is pretty sharp. It provides plenty of product info and event info. It looks like some parts are being revamped and hoefully we some multimedia type stuff added soon. They also have a facebook but they don’t link to it from their website? Grade C+
Recap:
Abb has been around a long time and it seems they are staying on top of things. These new drinks provide a massive kick and are very drinkable. With the new packaging design I think they will expand their market. So whether you’re hitting the gym or just want big energy this is a product I can recommend. I don’t recommend drinking a whole bottle if you’re just sitting on the couch unless you want to go all Matt Foley. There’s a slogan for ya. Pumped N.O. it’s like Matt Foley in a bottle.
