Xyience Fruit Punch Dan Hardy limited edition
Ok so I got my hands on this new drink from Xyience. It is in a black can so I am going to assume it is an Xtreme Xyience drink. This makes me very happy. To top it off it is a limited edition(don’t know if the can or the drink is limited edition). Anyway Xyience in a big player in the UFC so it makes since to team up with some fighters. I hope they do this with some other fighters as well since that would be great for collectors.
Packaging: It is the typical 16 oz slick black cans from Xyience. That is always nice with it’s cool Xyience bar code and UFC logo. Then they kick it up a notch with a silver and black image of Dan “The Outlaw” Hardy. This gives it a super cool aggressive look since Dan is pretty extreme looking with his Mohawk and tats. I love how the image of Dan looks pretty real and not cheesy at all. Very nice job there. Overall it is a great can. I even spotted caffeine content hidden in tiny lettering on the back. Grade A
Slogan: “Xtreme science for your active lifestyle” is on the can. And as I have said before it works well. I’d rather see a more aggressive slogan myself but this one works ok. Grade B-
Taste: So I pop the top and pour some in a cup. It comes out a cranberry red with a light carbonation. Right away I get a nice fruit punch scent. I take a sip and it is a really sweet fruit punch. Most of the time fruit punch drinks are super sweet and this one is no exception. It has a nice mixed fruit flavor but it is heavy on the cherry. There is no bitterness or aftertaste. It is a tiny bit artificial tasting but that is expected in a sugar free drink. Grade B
Kick/Ingredients: So this drink went down smooth. I drank it in about 10 minutes and it hit me like?? Well like Dan hardy. Sure Dan is a welterweight but this drink hit me more like a light heavyweight. It only took one round my sleepiness and lethargy were down for the count. I got a big burst of energy that kept me going full speed for 3 to 4 hours with no crash. The ingredients in Xyience Xtreme are stronger than regular Xyience and include Caffeine at 208mg or more, Taurine, Ginseng, Guarana, Inositol, Glucuronolactone, Surprisingly I see there is no B vitamins in this flavor?? There are 0 calories, 4 grams of carbs, and no sugar. It is sweetened with sucralose and Ace K. Grade B
Web Presence: The site at xyience.com is top notch. You will find plenty of product info, tons of MMA and UFC info, a store, events, and more. Really this is one of the better sites I have seen in a while. This is a site you need to check out for sure. Grade B+

So this was a damn good drink. The thing I love about Xyience is that they deliver a nice calorie free drink with a good kick every time. This time it comes in a super cool can with a great fruit punch flavor. If you are a fan of fruit punch, cherries, and kicking ass then I have to say this is the drink for you.
