Bump
Ok here we have Bump energy. I like the name although many will not get it. It bills it self as something different so I am looking forward to what hopefully is not a RB clone. I get kind of tired of all those clones that act like they are something new but then turn out to just be the usual in a different can.
Packaging: Starting out Bump comes in a unique 10.5 oz can. The can is a glossy black color with a set of yellow stripes like a road fading in the distance. There is a bump in these lines like a speed bump. Right in the middle you have a big yellow road sign that has “Bump” printed in it like a warning sign. At the bottom is the slogan in a white font. Back has supplement facts as well as a paragraph about the drink. I like the sleek glossy black label and the fact that it is not cluttered with a lot of text. Only thing I might change is printing “Energy Drink” on the front so people will easily know it is an energy drink. Grade B+ for packaging.
Slogan: On the bottom of the can you have “Gets you to the next level” which I think is a great slogan. It is a versatile slogan that can apply to athletics, video gaming, partying, and more. That gets it a grade of A- for slogan
Taste: Popping the top I am surprised right away. There is a nice pomegranate smell and not the classic RB clone smell. Pouring some in a cup it comes out a dark reddish purple color with a light carbonation. This is a dark liquid and is not clear in anyway. I take a sip and at first I get what seems to be a hit of sour cherry but it quickly evolves into a nice smooth earthy pomegranate. Then at the finish it has a nice citrus bite to it that is just wow. I had an extra can and shared it with another energy drink connoisseur and they kept asking me if I had any more to share. I have to say that this is the best pomegranate energy drink I have tried and is easily a top 10 drink of any flavor. It is not overly sweet and avoids any of the pomegranate bitterness you find in some drinks. The citrus bite thrown in though really pushes this to a whole other level of deliciousness. Grade A for taste
Kick/Ingredients: So is there more to this drink than awesome flavor? Well it was consumed in a flash and I was wishing it came in a 16 oz can so I had more. Before I knew it my eyes were wide and I was full on buzzing with energy. Really this is the kind of buzz you want when are at a party or doing something energetic like sports, dancing, giving someone a beat down, or maybe even just jumping up and down for no apparent reason (which I felt like doing). I was only slightly jittery but it was very intense energy. It’s the kind of buzz you can only get from a drink that includes sugar and carbs. So what gave me this kind of wild energy? Each 10.5 oz can contains 197 mg Caffeine, 1312 mg Taurine, 33 mg Inositol, 33 mg Glucuronolactone, L-Arginine Acetyl-L-Carnitine, Green tea extract, and huge doses of B vitamins like B6 1312% dv, B12 5469% dv, B5 1312% dv, and B3 133% dv. The drink comes in at 240 calories, 53 grams of sugar, and 59 grams of carbs. It is sweetened with Sucrose(Sugar) Grade A- for kick/ingredients
Web Presence: The website for Bump at getbump.com is pretty nice. You get a ton of info on the drink like ingredients and locations that sell Bump. You also have an about page, Promotions, Events, and contact info. I really like the layout and the navigation is great with more than one way to navigate the site. Good job on the site Bump! Grade B for web presence.

I have to say that Bump was a big surprise to me. This is a great drink with an awesome taste and a huge kick. There is a massive amount of B vitamins and other quality ingredients. I like the fact that you get more than your average amount of kick without having to drink a 16 oz can. Just 10.5 ounces gets you going better than most 16 oz energy drinks! To top it all off it is a great mixer and if you are of age you need to try a Goosebump(Grey Goose vodka and Bump) which is the best name for a energy drink mixer I have heard of. So go ahead and grab yourself a can of Bump if you see it. It will get you to the next level as promised.
