Satisfaction came in the chain reaction
Celsius

I have heard a lot about these drinks. They don’t really bill themselves as an energy drink but from what I have heard they are one and a pretty strong one at that. So I contacted them and they were more than happy to send me some samples. I was surprised they had so many flavors though. I’ll be reviewing all the flavors here since they are all the same drink as far as key ingredients go.
Packaging: Well it comes in a 12 oz slim can. The biggest part of the can touts “Burns Calories” The flavors are listed around the top. Overall the can is quite cluttered and I think it makes a little “As seen on TV”. I understand though that they are trying to get a lot of info about the drink on the can but they might have gone overboard. I’ll give them a grade of C-
Slogan: Best I could find is “Your Ultimate fitness partner” on their website. I think this works pretty well since this is a drink to help you burn calories. Grade B-
Taste: Ok so I have 6 flavors! There is one for everybody.
Kick/Ingredients: So it took me a week to work through all these flavors! I will tell you that each time I drank a Celsius it hit me hard. It took maybe 15 minutes but then it was on. I had a ton of energy. There were no jitters just super strong smooth energy. I was buzzin about doing this and that, talking, cranking up the radio, and just doing. Really this drink offers a surprisingly strong kick. It lasted me a solid 4 to 5 hours with no crash. So what is in this stuff? For energy per can you have 200 mg caffeine, Taurine, Guarana, Glucuronolactone, Green tea extract, and B vitamins at the 100% rda level. Then they throw in Vitamin C, Biotin, and Chromium to speed up metabolism. This drink is low in sodium as well. It comes with 0 calories, carbs, and sugar. It is sweetened with sucralose. Grade A- for kick/ingredients
Web Presence: The website at Celsius.com is ok. It kind of feel like the can looks. But while it looks a little cheesy it does provide plenty of info on the drink and it’s ingredients. It offers a store, plenty of videos, a store locator, coupons, and more. It might not be the best looking but it makes up for it with content. They recently added a Facebook that is a big plus. Grade B
Recap:
Ok so everything I heard was right. This is a drink you should not overlook when looking for an awesome kick. It comes in so many flavors there is bound to be one or more you will enjoy. I can’t tell you if it will increase your metabolism or not but I can tell you with all that energy you are bound to burn over 100 calories doing stuff. You are not going to be sitting around for sure. I can say go out and get you some of this. It may not say energy drink on the label but for sure it deserves to be called one. Try these out and let me know what you think.
