Ok so this is a treat for me to get my hands on a product from the UK. Usually it is cost prohibitive to send drinks and shots. The good thing is this is neither of those but is instead a powder. So it is easy and inexpensive to send these little 3mg packets anywhere.
Packaging: Ok so it is pretty small but they did a good job making it look good. The name with the logo in the middle has a nice aggressive feel to it and then they put some flames around the edges. Pretty good job and I give it a B+ for packaging
Slogan: “An energy revolution” That is pretty damn cool and it portrays the fact that this powder is time released. Grade B+ for slogan
Taste: Well I poured the white powder into my mouth expecting some bitterness. I was surprised when there was no bitterness only a sweet slightly sour lemon flavor. It’s kind of like eating a lemon pixie stix. There was a tiny bit of bitterness at the finish but really considering the amount of caffeine in here it is very minor. Grade A- for taste
Kick/Ingredients: Ok so I ate the entire little packet and in around 15 minutes I was blown away. This my friends is what it is all about. I had massive energy but only a tiny bit of jitters. I was really tired mentally and physically when I took this powder and all of that was blown away like a supernova in my brain. I will say this is not for the faint of heart. To top it off the buzz lasted a good 3 to 4 hours with no crash. This is strong stuff. Ingredients? 200mg caffeine. Other than that there are about 2 grams of sugar and the calories are not listed. Grade A- for kick/ingredients.
Web Presence: firestar69.com is a pretty nice site. There is not a whole lot of ingredients info but it is well laid out. There is a faq, events and a store. They also have Twitter, Facebook and Myspace. I think they could flesh out the sight a bit with more ingredients and technology information about the product. I’ll cut them a little slack though since they are new. Grade C+ for web presence.

Wow so this is a really great product if you are looking for a massive caffeine kick. I think the fact that the company has a pharmaceutical has allowed them to really make this product perform as a long lasting caffeine buzz unlike any other out there. There is only caffeine but still it last. The packaging and size make it super portable and stable for pretty much anything you want to use it for. They are looking for a distributer in the USA at the moment (any takers?) but you can order a 5 pack for around $2.60 per packet shipped to the USA in the meantime. If you are an edjunkie like me I highly suggest you do just that. You won’t be disappointed.
