Sippin on Hunid Rack
Hunid Racks

I tracked this drink down after hearing good things about the flavor. Judging by the name and can I would expect a Red Bull Clone drink. I like the name though so I was very interested in trying it. By the way Hunid Racks means 100,000 dollars in rap/urban slang terms.
Packaging: Hunid Racks comes in the very typical 8.4 oz can. The can is black printed (not shrink wrapped). Around the top are some printed phrases “Respect the name, Respect the Game, Respect the Drink” in a green font. A bit lower it reads “100 Racks” in green and “Lightly Carbonated’ in purple. In the middle is the Hunid Racks logo in green. The logo is a wad of 100 dollar bills with a rubber band around it with the Hunid Racks name around it. Towards the bottom is the slogan. Back has Supplement facts. While not super polished it really is a nice package. I like the logo and overall I think it will work well with the market they are going for. Grade B- for packaging
Slogan: “The Energy Drink for the Real Hustlers” Good job on that one. Not much else to say. They picked the slogan best suited for this drink. Grade B
Taste: No knowing what to expect I pop the top. I get a scent I can’t quite pin down. It is unlike any drink I have tried. I pour some in a cup and wow! The drink comes out a sea foam green color. The flavor is an awesome mild berry flavor with maybe a hint of grapefruit that is totally unique and delicious. I had no problem drinking down the 8.4 oz can. They should sell this in a 40! It was not overly sweet or tart but was super tasty and just plain good. I would love to try it as a mixer but I only had one can. Grade A for Taste
Kick/Ingredients: I drank the Hunid Racks and really enjoyed it. I got a boost of energy for around 2.5 to 3 hours. I was not jacked up but I was not tired either. I really had no crash at all. Key ingredients are 84 mg Caffeine, 1050 mg Taurine, Ginseng, Guarana, L-Carnitine, Inositol, and a fair dose of B vitamins. There are 130 calories, 33 grams of carbs, and32 grams of sugar. Pretty common line up. I will give them a C+ for kick/ingredients
Web Presence: I’m not gonna lie to you. 100racks.com is a really fun site. I spent quite a bit of time there. It’s not a big fancy flash site but for pure fun and info it is a kick azz site. There is drink info, an awesome store full of Hunid Racks merch and drinks and more, cool video clips, cool music tracks(all about hunid racks), images, and more. I’m not a big rap fan but I found all the content to be fun and the store prices to be very reasonable. I am giving them a grade of A- for web presence. They also have a myspace here. Awesome job
Recap:
On the can it says to drink one can to improve your daily hustle and drink 2 cans to get yo hustle on. That might be too costly for me. If they put this drink in a 16 oz can I would travel to find it just for the taste. If you know where some is I suggest you track it down. Even if you’re not a hustler this is a drink you want to try.
