Mini Thin Xtreme Energy Rush Mango
Mini Thin has always been a company that brings on the energy in a big way. No mild boost with about as much caffeine as a cup of coffee. There shots have always been line a massive blast of energy like chugging several cups of coffee. Of course when I heard they now had a new Xtreme shot I was excited to get my hands on it. The fact that the flavor is mango brought me to full giddiness at the thought of trying it.
Packaging: Nothing new and exciting here with the usual 2 oz white plastic shot bottle. The bottle is shrink wrapped in a yellow to orange fade label. On the lid is a picture of a nice cut open mango. On down it reads “Triple Strength” in a red and a black font. Then you have”Xtreme” in a jagged red font over the name “Energy Rush” There is a picture of a guy skateboarding towards the bottom as well as a list of benefits of the shot. I have to say this is one of the better labels from Mini Thin and it has more of an edge to it. Grade B- for packaging
Slogan: As usual they have “Feel The Rush” which is always good and works great with the product name. Grade B for slogan
Taste: I twist off the lid and I get a real nice mango scent that is really nice. The liquid inside is a reddish pink color. I take a sip and it really has a nice sweet mango flavor. This is how you do a mango shot. The mango is sweet and candy like and has just a little vitamin taste in it and it also is a little watery at the finish which keeps it from being too sweet. This is a shot I could savor for the flavor alone. It is easily the best flavor mini Thin has put out. Grade B+ for taste
Kick/Ingredients: After the first sip I drank the rest down quickly because it tasted so good and I wanted to get the full effect. In ten minutes I was getting the full effect. We are talking like the full effect of being hit by a truck. I could actually fell the energy accelerating through my system like a dodge hemi. It was powerful and I could feel a tingling travel up my spine and a flush on my face. I was smiling like a maniac and extremely animated. Sure I had some jitters and I was glad of it. This is the kind of Rush I was looking for to finish the rest of my day and get home and plow through my training session on the bike. It is a good think I was not on my bike already because surely I would be trying to race some cars (and maybe beat a few). I had massive crazy energy for a solid 4+ hours and really no crash to speak of. This shot is similar to their other shots except for more caffeine. It contains 250 mg caffeine!, 200mg of Taurine, 50 mg of Eleuthero, 8333% DV of B12, and 2500% DV of B6. There is no sugar and no carbs. I like that they use Eleuthero which is Siberian Ginseng and better than the usual Panax Ginseng used in most energy products. Grade B+ for kick
Web Presence: The site at minithinrush.com has gotten better each time I have visited it. No it is not a super loaded flash site with tons of stuff to do but is much hipper looking than it used to be. There are some video clips, product info, an online store, and a store locator. There is also an image of chicks in bikinis in the background (spring break). It gets the job done and I’m good with that. Grade C+ for web presence

So Mini Thin Rush really has stepped it up all around. This new Xtreme shot has bigger kick, much better taste, and even an improved website. This company continues to offer a wide variety of energy product all done well. There is a product they offer for everyone and this new Xtreme mango shot fits well with more extreme younger crowd with its image and ingredients. I think anyone looking for a strong energy shot that taste pretty good really should give this on a try.
