Monster M3 super concentrate
So once again thanks to a site visitor(much thanks) I have in my possession a new product from Monster Energy. This time it is a small drink. Not a shot and not a full size drink. These mini drinks come in a glass bottle as well. Monster calls in a “Super Concentrate” These are hard to find at the moment so I am glad I got my hands on one so early on. Lets see what it is all about.
Packaging: Nothing typical here. We have a 5.5 oz green glass bottle. This is a thick bottle and it has a pry off lid so if you get one you better have a bottle opener. The lid is black and it has the Monster logo on it which is a nice touch. The bottle also has a embossed Monster logo like the one found on Monster import drinks. The one with the shield and wings. The labe is pretty nice as well with the M cubed Monster logo on a black background which resembles a chalkboard with calculations written on it for the whole math effect. Very unique and very detailed. Grade A+ for packaging
Slogans: “Grab an M3 glass and kick some ass!” is right on the label. Man you have to love that. It is everything a good slogan should be. A+
Taste ect: So I pry off the cool lid(sure hated to dent that Monster logo on it). Right away I get the usual energy drink scent. I pour some in a cup and it comes out a caramel brown with Carbonation? Yes they used their “Nitrous Technology” in this little drink. I take a sip and it green monster but a little thicker. The carbonation makes it kind of creamy and helps keep it from being to cloying or sweet. You can’t really chug it too quick because the carbonation is high. I found myself really enjoying this drink. If you like green monster you are going to love it. It has that same classic energy drink taste with some hints of citrus. There is no bitterness or after taste. Grade B for taste
Kick/Ingredients: So I had this one late in the day. It was close to time to get off work and I needed the energy so I could go to the gym after my 12hr shift. It took only 15 minutes before I felt it. I got a big jolt of energy. Suddenly I knew I would make it to the gym. I had a nice buzz going that was not jittery but was close. Pretty much this is the same buzz as a 16 oz monster only it hits harder and faster. I was in a great mood and I was talkative as hell. I was multitasking like crazy doing several things at once and having a great time doing them. I got through the rest of work and drive to the gym and got in a good solid workout to boot. I’d say 4 hours of good energy with no crash. So the is mini drink is powered by 5000 mg of the “Monster energy blend” which consist of 160 mg Caffeine, Guarana, Inositol, Glucuronolactone, L-Carnitine, glucose, and maltodextrin. You also have, 2000 mg Taurine, 400 mg Ginseng, and a fair dose of B vitamins. You get this with only 50 calories and 13 grams of sugars and carbs. It is sweetened with sucrose(sugar), glucose, and sucralose. Grade B

So I love the idea. You take a 16 oz green monster and shrink it down to 5,5 oz. You get all the ingredient and kick without having to drink 16 oz. It looks cool as hell, has a great slogan and taste pretty good. What’s not to like? If you like Monster you are going to love this. If you have Monster then you are going to hate it. I fall in the middle and I really enjoyed it. I am sure as soon as I can I’ll buy another. The only other time I saw a mini drink like this was from Boo Koo years back and they had a mini can. I loved the idea then and I love it now. This is one drink I am going to stay stocked up on. Get some now. You know you want to.
