Tea Mallows
A while back I was lucky to have got to review some super caffeinated Coffee marshmallows. They were great! Now I have just acquired the latest from the crazy folks over at Caffex. Tea infused mallows! Want the benefits of drinking tea without all that pesky water and brewing? How about a boatload of caffeine? This is probably the product for you then.
Packaging: They have upgraded their packaging and I think they did a good job. It is still the little plastic box with 3 one oz mallows inside but the label is more professional and clean. I like the color scheme and the little glass of Tea on the front. The Mallows inside the box have the lipstick imprint still as well as list caffeine content clearly. Grade B+
Slogans: I could find no slogan for these Tea mallows. Only a slogan for their coffee mallows “Turn the power of Coffee into Energy – Yours” I guess you could substitute Tea for the coffee. Grade D
Taste ect: Opening the little pack I get a scent of cinnamon and tea. Taking a bite it is a springy marshmallow with a sweet taste of cinnamon and a hint of tea. There is a little finish of vanilla at the end. There is no bitterness or caffeine taste at all. Not their best flavor but still pretty good. Grade C+
Kick/Ingredients: So after eating one of these 1 oz mallows you get hit upside the head hard(good thing it is with a marshmallow!). Really these babies deliver a good strong blast of energy that will have you buzzing and feeling super energized with only a tiny bit of jitters. I had a good solid buzz for 3 to 4 hours with only a tiny crash at the end. This aint no soothing cup of tea to wind down with that’s for sure. Each Mallow comes with 200 mg of caffeine 97 calories, 21 grams of carbs, and 20 grams of sugar. They are sweetened with sugar. They are also kosher since they use kosher Gelatin. Grade B
Web presence: The site at caffex.com is well laid out and gives you all the info you might want about their products and company. There is also a store and a section called mallowtalk with some mallow comics. Really nicely done and easy to navigate. Grade B

Once again Caffex delivers. They have a nice simple tea based mallow that delivers the kick of a premium coffee. These are fun and tasty and trust me they will wake you up. Don’t have time to brew some tea or coffee to get you going? Then chow down on one of these and you will be on your way.
