Can ya do the Thizzle dance?

So I have had the Hunid Racks and the Hunid Rack 2 Pac rap based energy drinks and found both to be pretty good. There are quite a few of these type drinks and I’m happy to get my hands on Thizz Juice thanks to the energy drink outlet. Thizz is a term that comes from the Bay Area rap scene knows as Hyphy. Thizz is a slang term for Ecstasy or a type of dance. It is associated with Mac Dre who is a legend in the Hyphy movement. Hey you learn something new everyday.
Packaging: Thizz Juice comes in your standard 8.4 oz can with a white label that has sparkles all over it. On the front is an illustration of Mac Dre that looks pretty cool. He is throwin the T which is like a time out signal. Mac Dre also appears to be bustin out of an image of California which is behind him. The name “Thizz Juice is in a nicelooking blue font with stars for the dots over the I’s. Right on the bottom is a little logo with the golden gate bridge that reads “Street Official” This can is one I wanted badly for my collection. It really has a cool unique look to it and was designed by Gamma Canvas. I’m giving this one a grade of B because it is a sharp looking can.
Slogan: Nothing to be found except “Hyphydrate” which is a nice play on words but not really a slogan. Grade D
Taste: So far I have been surprised by the flavors of these rap related drinks. None have been RB clones and show a great since of creativeness. I pop the top on this can and get a slightly sweet smell of berries. I pour some in a cup and it comes out a red color like a watermelon candy with a heavy carbonation. I take a sip and it is a hard flavor to pin down. I decide it is a berry flavor but not a real sweet one. There is a hint of strawberry at the finish but otherwise it is just a unique berry flavor unlike any other I have had. The sweetness is low makes this a very refreshing drink. No bitterness or aftertaste at all. Zero gumminess. Grade B for taste
Kick/Ingredients: It was about 1 am when I downed this puppy and it got the job done fine. I got a nice smooth boost that was pretty average and lasted about 4 hours. It was just what I needed as I did not want to be unable to sleep when I got home around 6 am. There was no crash but the buzz would down smoothly just as I wanted. Think your average 8 oz energy drink like red Bull and you know the exact buzz you get from Thizz juice. The drink is powered by 80 mg Caffeine, 1000 mg Taurine, Ginseng, Guarana, Inositol, Glucuronolactone, and some B vitamins(not a lot). It all comes with 110 calories, 30 grams of carbs, and 29 grams of sugar. It is sweetened with HFC. Grade C for kick/ingredients

So it appears that this drink won’t be around long and is limited. This is too bad since it is a good tasting drink with an average kick. I know though that if you collect drinks you will want to get a hold of this one since it comes in a cool can. Heck if you can get a bunch it is very drinkable so I’d go for that even. It is a nice change of pace and maybe if you down a couple you might even start doing the Thizzle dance.
