Ubershot
I was really excited to get my hands on this new shot from the UK. I’m not usually too excited about shots from outside the USA because they tend to be on the weak side when it comes to kick. A lot of countries have strict limits on the amount of caffeine allowed in drinks and shots. From what I have heard of Ubershot they do not fall into this category. Their ingredient profile is stronger than most US shots and as strong as the strongest shots offered here.
Packaging: Amazing is all I can say. I love aluminum energy drink packaging but I never even dreamed of an aluminum energy shot bottle. This little bottle is a work of art. It is slick with its satin deep red finish and the awesome white U logo is stunning. The entire packaging is minimalist and uncluttered. This has to go down as one of my all time packaging jobs. Grade A+
Slogan: “Energy for life with no lows” Once again Ubershot really delivers. This slogan fits the packaging so well and has the same artsy feel to it. It’s right on the front bottom of the bottle. Grade A
Taste: I break the little sticker sealing the metal lid and twist it open. Inside I find a clear liquid with just a tinge of pink to it. It has a nice tropical scent with no medicinal smell at all. I take a sip and it is a mildly sweet and delicious passion fruit flavor with maybe a hint of berries at the finish. It’s not candy sweet but is just right. There is really not any bitterness or aftertaste. Once again Ubershot really delivered in flavor. Grade A-
Kick/Ingredients: I tried this shot on several occasions and every time I was Uber jacked up. This shot gave me a ton of Uber energy with no jitters. This energy had me in an Uber good mood. Really my conversational skills seemed to increase double fold. I had many good and productive conversations in both work and social settings. My mind seemed to be on cruise control (at about 100 mph). To say my mind was sharp would be an understatement. Somehow this formulation in Ubershot seemed to just work at an optimum level providing energy and focus in exacting amounts to put me in the “Zone” for a solid 4 to 5 hours. So here is what powers this shot. Caffeine 210 mg, Taurine 1050 mg, Glucuronolactone 210 mg, L-Carnitine 50 mg, Tyrosine 210 mg, Malic Acid , and loads of B vitamins including 8500 % DV for B12. You get this with 5 calories and no sugar or carbs. Grade A- for kick/ingredients
Web Presence: They have a really nice site at ubershot.co.uk. The site is nice and professional and has plenty of ingredients and product info. There is not a lot else but if fits well with the whole image of this shot. I’m giving them a grade of B for web presence. Nothing fancy but the information provided is top notch.

Ok so this is easily in my top 5 energy shots of all times. The awesome packaging, great taste, and smooth potent kick are all done very well. The only other passion fruit flavored shot I have tried is the NOS Powershot and this Ubershot beats it by a mile in every category. In fact Ubershot beats most shots by a mile. I have to say I was really not expecting it to be this good. They are trying to get this shot distributed here in the USA and I hope someone picks it up soon because I know I would be happy to purchase it as one of my go to products. If you’re in the UK seek this product out now since I am sure it blows away all your other options. If you’re in the USA just hope you can find some soon here as well.
